VapraMastic™ is a commercial-grade, trowel-applied waterproofing mastic made from a polymer-modified asphalt emulsion. It is designed to serve as both an adhesive and a sealant for underslab vapor barrier assemblies. VapraMastic™ offers excellent tensile strength, substrate adhesion, and flexibility, allowing for minor movement and settlement without losing seal integrity.
This premium waterproofing compound is widely used in commercial building construction for detailing and critical transition work. VapraMastic™ is designed for use with TegoVapra™ underslab vapor barriers, but it also works effectively as a sealant and repair mastic for tie holes, protrusions, penetrations, cold joints, and honeycombing. In retrofit applications, it is ideal for patching cracks, seam failures, and other water intrusion points on existing structures. VapraMastic™ can also serve as an adhesive for flashing components and other termination and transition materials.
