Air Guard® HVWZ

Air Guard® HVWZ is a fluid-applied, high-solids, low-VOC STPE elastomeric membrane designed to provide an air-and water-resistant barrier to above-grade wall assemblies. The product is a single-component, hybrid polymer based on moisture cure technology, resulting in a vapor-permeable monolithic membrane that resists air leakage and water penetration.

Air Guard® HVWZ offers low shrinkage during cure and can be applied in a single coat by spray, roller, or brush at ~20 mils thick over exterior sheathing (Gyp, OSB, Plywood), masonry, or concrete.
